Jacek Dumanowski – viola

Violist. He studied under Prof. Janusz Pisarski and graduated with honours from the Academy of Music in Cracow. Since 1991 he has been the principal violist of a chamber orchestra “Capella Cracoviensis”, giving concerts in Poland and abroad. He has collaborated with Warsaw Chamber Opera, Sinfonia Varsovia, Sinfonietta Cracovia, Landestheater Orchester Detmold, „Il Tempo”, Przemyśl Chamber Orchestra and many others. He has taken part in many festivals, e.g. International Festival “Music in Old Cracow”, Opera Rara, Mozart Festival in Warsaw, University Concerts in Cracow, Bach Festival in Świdnica.

As a chamber musician Jacek Dumanowski has also played concerts in Poland, Germany, France and the USA. He is an assistant professor at the Academy of Music in Kraków.
