Graduated Academy of Music in Cracow in the piano class of Professor Andrzej Pikul.
He participated in master classes with Kevin Kenner. He is a many-sided artist. Gave concerts as a soloist and chamber musician with Sir Christopher Hogwood, Urszula Kryger, Bartosz Bryła. Awarded the first prize and the Grand Prix at The 6th Annual Krzysztof Penderecki International Contemporary Chamber Music Competition and also the first prize at the Concorsi di Musica della Val Tidone Premio ”Anguissola Scotti” (both with Sebastian Oron – saxophone).Participated in the 5th International Festival ”From Chopin to Górecki” and ”The 10th Laboratory of Contemporary Music” – the International Festival, both in Warsaw. Gave concerts in many Polish and European cities, including Cracow, Posen, Warsaw, (National Philharmonic Hall), Roma, Berlin, Amsterdam, Vienna. Participated in TV and radio recordings. Michał Dziad is teaching chamber music at the Academy of Music in Cracow, where he earned his Ph.D. in 2010.
