dr Wioletta Fluda-Tkaczyk – Head of Division
Wioletta Fluda-Tkaczyk began her music education at the age of 8 in Music School I deg. in Przeworsk under Jakub Międlara which she continued in Music School II deg. in Rzeszów under Paweł Węgrzyn. In 2009 began studying in the Cracow Music Academy under dr hab. Mariusz Sielski and graduated in 2014 with distinction. She has participated in piano courses with teachers as: Valery Affanasiew, Gyorgy Nador, Manfred Austa, Roberto Russo, Daniel Blumenthal, Ewa Osińska.
During Her studies she developed her talent and engaged in various projects as a soloist, orchestra and chamber ensemble member. Her great passion is accompaniment and her future is mainly related with it. She participated as an accompanist during the auditions in Philharmonic such as: Cracow Philharmonic, NOPSR, Berlin Philharmonic, Silesian Philharmonic and Sudecka Philharmonic.
She is chiefly interested in working with wind instruments players. She has a huge repertoire which she is constantly expanding with new pieces. She is an active concert pianist. Her goal is to continuously develop herself, share unusual emotions by her playing and gain new experiences. She had an opportunity to present her talent and huge repertoire in many countries including Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Luxembourg.
Thanks to her work and achievements she received many awards and scholarships including:
– Luxembourg Minister Scholarship for lifetime achievements (2012 – Concert in Schengen Museum)
– Minister of Higher Education Scholarship for outstanding achievements (2013/2014)
– Rector of the Cracow Academy of Music for the best students (2013/2014)
She participated as a pianist in several major festivals. In September 2013, she had the opportunity to present herself as an accompanist at the 41st International Viola Congress, where she performed the world premiere of Boris Pigovata piece. In February 2015 she took part in the “Hornweek” – International Festival for French horn players. She repeatedly participated in competitions for the Brass Instruments, where she received awards for the outstanding/ best accompaniment ( 2013, 2015)
Since September 2013 She has been working on the position of accompanist at the Cracow Opera, from October 2014 she works as an accompanist in the Instrumental Department at the Academy of Music in Krakow. She had the opportunity to be a tutor at the Universität der Künste in Berlin in trombone class.
She also works with Wroclaw Opera, the Conservatory of Cracow, Silesian Chamber Orchestra and many cultural institutions and soloist most notably playing dozens of concerts a year.
